A day in this role:
Your day starts with a focus on strengthening our employer brand and attracting top talent. Maybe you’re crafting engaging content to showcase our culture, optimizing our careers page, or collaborating with marketing to amplify our reach. Midday, you're refining our candidate experience—ensuring our hiring process is seamless, inclusive, and reflects our values. In the afternoon, you're interviewing potential colleagues, and assessing their alignment with our culture and team needs. You also work closely with the People team to enhance onboarding, making sure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one. You wrap up the day by analyzing hiring trends and sharing insights with hiring managers to continuously improve our talent attraction strategy.
Worry not! Your People team of 6 is there if you need help or advice on a specific topic from different functions like People Operations, Business Partnering or Events & Community Management. Reporting to our Chief HR Officer, you will be the main driver of growth for the Studocu team.
What you’ll be doing here:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer acceptance;
Develop and implement strategies to enhance inbound recruitment and employer branding, attracting top talent for both tech and non-tech roles;
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create targeted recruitment plans;
Strengthen employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice, leveraging content, campaigns, and partnerships;
Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve talent attraction, and optimize hiring processes.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, hiring for both tech and non-tech roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, and candidate attraction strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring managers, candidates, and leadership.
Strong interviewing skills with an ability to assess talent effectively and convincingly engage top candidates.
A data-driven approach to continuously optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
