Studocu continues to grow in EdTech space and thus we need more hands onboard to scale our team. We promise a combination of challenges and good vibes across the board!

Job description

Studocu was founded on the principle that equal access to study notes reduces inequality between students. Today, we make it easy for more than 45+ million students to share notes every month and use cutting-edge AI learning tools (like Quizzes, AI Chat, and Ask-AI) to help them ace their study goals. The product was a rocket ship from day one and has shown strong product-market fit on every continent with enviable YoY growth, making us a key player in the exploding EdTech space.

Your day kicks off with a deep dive into candidate pipelines. You're on the hunt for exceptional talent, and you're not afraid to think outside the box. Maybe you're crafting a compelling employer branding story to attract passive candidates or connecting with alumni to tap into a rich talent pool. The afternoon is dedicated to interviewing potential colleagues, assessing their cultural fit and technical abilities. You collaborate with the People team to optimise our onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one. You wrap up the day by providing insightful feedback to hiring managers, ensuring we bring onboard only the best.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in both tech and non-tech roles;

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans;

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance;

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives;

  • Analyze our recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize the hiring process.

Why you'll love it here

  • Impact: You’ll have a direct and visible impact on helping Studocu grow to the next level.

  • Building something exceptional: We already have the basics in place, but you’ll have the freedom to create and build a top-tier recruitment function that positions Studocu next to the best employers out there.

  • Collaborative culture: You'll join a supportive and collaborative team passionate about making a difference.

  • Constant challenge: Enjoy a fast-paced environment where you'll face new challenges and opportunities every day.

  • Multicultural environment: 150 colleagues onboard with 37 different nationalities so far!
