Our high school product is the next large growth engine for Studocu. Currently, we already have 50+million students sharing notes at the University level and want to surpass that in High School!

We’re looking for the business and operations leader who is going to help push the high school offering to the next level. As the newly onboarded High School Product Operations Manager, you will help to introduce our business at tens of thousands of schools across the globe, strengthen our growth playbook, and steer the strategies to make us Studocu the brand that every secondary school student in the world love.

What you'll be doing here

• High School Strategy: Lead Studocu’s High School strategy (together with your Product peer). Set the business and operational strategy for the high school segment, define goals and report on performance to the rest of the company;

• Operational and Process Efficiency: Build a strong and healthy culture of operational excellence, velocity and cost efficiency;

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, teach, marketing, and operations teams to implement initiatives to achieve business objectives;

• Data Analysis: Conduct deep data analyses to identify the opportunities for growth in High Schools across all sides of the marketplace;

• Testing and Scaling: Identify growth opportunities and hacks to test and scale based on success.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar growth-focused role with demonstrable experience working with Tech and Product user-focused companies;

• You embody the entrepreneurial mindset: you have a hands-on approach, you move fast and in an autonomous and resolute way, you are capable of building things from scratch, and most importantly: you never give up!;

• You’re a strategic, analytical thinker, and you can easily design, analyze and optimize operational processes in an agile and smart way;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Advanced SQL, and Excel proficiency are required;

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing conditions. You are used to working within cross-functional and diverse teams in a digital, fluid environment;

• Team player with strong peer-influence skills able to be a credible voice towards all areas of the business;

• Experience in similar EdTech B2C roles would be a plus.
