Performance marketing has been a cornerstone of our growth strategy, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take us to the next level and help drive product growth through innovative and results-driven campaigns.

Our performance marketing efforts have historically been pivotal to our success. We need a thoughtleader to:

  • Revise and execute a forward-thinking performance marketing strategy.

  • Optimise ad spend to drive growth in key markets like the U.S.

  • Build and lead scalable campaigns to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scalability, and performance across campaign ideation, targeting, creative testing, and analytics.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Performance Marketing Strategy: Revise the current strategy and align it with the 2025 business objectives.

  • Integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow: Generate and A/B test creative variations, automate keyword and audience targeting, improve media buying efficiency, and extract performance insights faster.

  • Drive Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and implement campaigns that focus on driving supply CVR, sales CVR, and content acquisition for tools like AI Notes, Ask AI and the App

  • Data & Reporting: Establish and maintain Metabase dashboards to cross-tabulate platform data and improve attribution accuracy.

  • Privacy Compliance: Ensure all campaigns align with updated privacy policies and legal requirements for large-scale marketing.

  • Enhance Creative Assets: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce dynamic, high-impact landing pages and ad creatives.

  • Pilot New Initiatives: Test innovative strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit, and create playbooks for scalable success.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, design, and data teams to align strategies and deliver results.

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading performance marketing campaigns, ideally in a high-growth tech or edtech environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.

  • Deep understanding of attribution models, UTM tracking, and dashboard creation.

  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and dynamic landing page platforms (e.g., Framer).

  • Strong fluency in using AI tools (e.g. Gumloop, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) to boost campaign effectiveness, automate manual processes, and unlock creative scale. You constantly experiment with emerging AI marketing tools and understand where they can create a competitive edge.

  • Expertise in privacy-compliant marketing and navigating legal frameworks for ad campaigns.

  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a knack for creative problem-solving.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter mindset that thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, proactively identifies opportunities, and takes ownership of initiatives from concept to execution.

  • A bias for action, with a results-driven and decisive approach, a track record of executing rapid experiments, making data-informed decisions, and iterating quickly to optimize performance.
