We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our Content Quality strategies. This role is pivotal in driving key strategic initiatives focused on elevating both the quality and the discoverability of the content we publish, optimizing the structure of our content database, maintaining a clean and high-value document corpus, and moderating all kinds of user-generated content.
On top of these high-impact initiatives, you will also be responsible for scaling the operations allowing us to maintain this level of quality despite Studocu’s fast-paced growth.

What you’ll be doing here:
Setting and owning the content quality strategy across products and defining the quarterly goals;
Setting and owning the strategy to scale the operations and logics structuring our content on the website;
Partnering with product teams to deliver impactful optimisations boosting our content quality, its discoverability, and our SEO;
Taking a hands-on approach through deep analysis, content cleanups, product exploration and user behaviour investigation, to continuously improve content quality and structure;
Building foundational processes to maintain content quality and taxonomy at high standards in the next stages of growth.
Owning all key metrics measuring the quality and discoverability of our content.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent;
4+ years of experience in Operations, Business Development, High-Growth Startups, in tech, user-focused (b2c) companies;
Strong analytical, advanced SQL and Excel skills and ability to make business decisions based on data;
Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/LLMs to solve business problems;
Team-player with strong peer-influence skills able to be a credible voice towards all areas of our business;
Resourcefulness, bias towards execution and achieving results autonomously;
Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration;
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems, test things, in a hacky way, before productising;
Excellent communication & written skills in English;
(optional) Familiarity with content management platforms and tools used in tech and user-generated content environments;
(optional) Knowledge of SEO and user experience best practices as they relate to content structure.
