We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused operations Manager to join our Operations Platform. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability across all business operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations Platform, you will drive key initiatives, support tactical escalations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to scale our operations effectively.
As a thought partner to the Head of Operations Platform, you will co-own the Ops Platform roadmap with a focus on cost control, structured reporting loops from Customer Support, compliance, efficiency, and scalability of our business operations. You will work closely with junior operational leads, supporting them on execution while ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
On top of these high-impact initiatives, you will also be responsible for scaling the operations allowing us to maintain this level of quality despite Studocu’s fast-paced growth. What you’ll be doing here:
Strategic Execution: Co-owning and executing the Operations Platform roadmap, ensuring scalable, high-impact improvements in our business operations;
Operational Excellence: Implementing foundational processes to optimize efficiency, cost control, and quality of our operations;
Tactical Escalations: Acting as a trusted escalation point for the Customer Support Lead and Core Operations Lead, helping to resolve complex operational challenges;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Product Operations to drive execution of roadmap initiatives;
Structured Reporting & Insights: Designing and implementing feedback loops from Customer Support and Core Operations, enabling data-driven decision-making;
Scalability & Growth: Ensuring that all newly created workstreams are set up for long-term success with clear metrics and sustainable processes.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent;
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in the tech industry, in Operations, Consulting, High-Growth Startups, or related fields;
Strong analytical skills (advanced Google sheet/Excel is a must, advanced SQL is a plus) and ability to make business decisions based on data;
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
Bias towards execution and achieving results;
Proven ability to scale processes in a rapid growth environment;
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems;
High standards in everything you do - you’re never satisfied with “good enough”;
Excellent communication & written skills in English;
(optional) Familiarity with content management systems and tools used in tech;
(optional) Experience with customer service teams;
(optional) Experience with AI / LLMs.
