Imagine this: It’s a Monday morning in the office. ☀️☕💃 You do a quick loop around the office to make sure everything is as perfect as can be. A light bulb needs to be replaced? You’re on it! Coffee machine acting weird? You’re the hero that gets it fixed! New joiners or visitors in the office? You’re a friendly face showing them around! We’re moving office soon, so you’ll be picking out new furniture and support this big project to make our new HQ awesome.

What you’ll be doing here:

  • Being the main point of contact for all things Facilities & Office;

  • Maintain Studocu HQ as an organized, clean, and safe working environment;

  • Own all projects related to remodeling or renovating the office space;

  • Collaborate with IT support to keep everything tech up to date and running smoothly;

  • Ensure our team members have what they need for their home office setup;

  • Manage the kitchen team (who keeps us nourished & happy);

  • Own the process of moving to a new office (when the time comes);

  • Work closely with the Events Manager to make sure the office is protected and prepared for in-office events.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and able to get things done in Dutch;

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned tasks (additional hospitality experience is a plus);

  • Available at least 32 hours per week in the office;

  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty!

  • Physically able to lift heavy(ish) items like a full beer crate;

  • A resourceful team player with attention to detail;

  • Caring and gezellig. You care about our team and make sure Studocu HQ is a place where everyone can do their best work and thrive;

  • You are a very organized person who gets joy out of structure and knows where everything is;

  • You have enough of a sense of style that in the case you have to choose furniture for a meeting room, we don't end up naming it something like "the Ugly Rug Room". 👀
