To support our growing team, we’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our office operations team.About the

The Hospitality Assistant plays a key part in ensuring our office feels warm, organized, and enjoyable for everyone who walks in. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to set up daily staff lunches, keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked, and contribute to the smooth running of the office with small administrative tasks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves helping others, takes pride in creating a great atmosphere, and enjoys being the go-to person for day-to-day support.What You’ll Do

  • Assist our Head Chef in preparing and setting up delicious daily staff lunches

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas (kitchens, meeting rooms, reception, etc.)

  • Refill and organise office supplies, snacks, and refreshments

  • Support with small administrative tasks such as post handling, deliveries and ordering supplies

  • Provide general assistance to the Office Manager and broader team when needed

  • Keep an eye on office presentation and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth workplace experience

  • Welcome guests and contribute to creating a friendly, vibrant office culture

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • Friendly, proactive, and service-minded

  • Hands-on and comfortable taking initiative

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • A team player who enjoys working with people

  • Able to manage multiple small tasks throughout the day

  • Experience in hospitality or office support is a plus, but attitude and eagerness to learn matter most

  • Comfortable working on-site
