As the US Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping grow our US footprint. One day you may kick off a campaign with a group of TikTok influencers, and the next you might pitch a US-wide corporate partnership!

Our US Partnerships Program is still in its nascent stages, and you will help define its future!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure key partnership opportunities to help grow StuDocu’s US Business.

  • Scale StuDocu’s influencer program to grow our content library at key institutions.

  • Create compelling propositions and deal structures using internal and external data to attract potential social media or corporate partners.

  • Project manage; own day-to-day operations for partnership communications and data reporting across partnership activations.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams in the Netherlands on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.

*This role will be remote and based in the US (preference to East Coast Time Zone as collaboration with AMS time zone will be common).


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study.

  • 1-3 years of partnership marketing, growth marketing, special media marketing, or other relevant experience.

  • Experience in structuring and executing partnerships, either through social media via influencers or with business partners.

  • An analytical mind; the ability to compile, read, interpret data, and make recommendations based on your analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, assimilate information, analyze problems and implement solutions quickly.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to get to know influencers and other key community members you will interact with frequently.

  • Humble with a hustler’s mindset; a willingness to do the tedious work, travel, or go the extra mile if necessary to get the job done.

  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram, including design, functionality, users, etc.
