StuDocu was founded on the principle that equal access to study notes reduces inequality between students. Today, we make it easy for 17 million students to share notes. The product was a rocket ship from day one, and has shown strong product-market fit on every continent, making us a key player in the exploding EdTech space. We just received a $50 million series B investment so we’re in rapid growth and scale mode, and we need serious talent to help us make it happen.

We’ve budgeted to hire 100 people in 2022 and a solid Talent Acquisition Team is the key to achieving this growth goal. We seek people who care about the quality of recruitment and continually strive to improve processes, helping us stay at the forefront of best practices. As a seasoned Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with the Tech part of the business to own and guide the entire hiring process to reach our OKR’s while reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and having our CTO as the main stakeholder. You will develop a deep understanding of our tech stack, roles and multinational teams, manage internal and external partners, effectively pitch multiple openings and serve as brand ambassadors for our product that helps millions of students around the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full-cycle recruiting, starting with sourcing, ending with making offers and facilitating onboarding.

  • Gathering information and data about European and global labour market tendencies.

  • Advocating good recruitment practices across the organization and training others if necessary.

  • Owning hiring-related projects such as our Employer Branding calendar, candidate experience analysis, structuring how we gather recruitment-related data or revamping our career page ;)

  • Reporting on recruiting progress.

Job requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Tech recruitment.

  • Ability to source candidates effectively across different channels.

  • Previous experience with leading cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Skilled at applying structure to your work and accuracy in identifying priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills with a very strong emphasis on sharing and receiving feedback.

  • Team-player with strong peer-influence skills able to be a credible voice towards all areas of business.

  • Almost-native proficiency in English - at C2 level (other languages are a big plus).

  • A good sense of humour and being passionate about something are an immense plus. 

Recruitment process:

1. Screening call with Talent Acquisition Manager - 30 minutes.

2. Recruitment assignment without a deadline to do at home.
3. Assignment-based Interview with Talent Acquisition Manager and Tech Recruiter - 1 hour.

4. Final chat with our CTO and CEO - 30 minutes.
