Your "High School's" team's mission is to tailor the product experience for high school students to better suit their specific needs. The growth potential here is enormous as more than half a billion people worldwide are attending secondary education. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of that product. You will lead your team's design process from beginning to end, and collaborate with product and engineering managers to deliver fast high-quality design solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation, business success and enhance the experience of our users, in turn making them better at their studies!

What you’ll be doing here:

• Leading end-to-end design projects, from conceptualisation to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Conducting user research, gathering insights, and applying user-centred design principles to formulate hypotheses and back up design decisions.

• Approaching design in a data-driven way, allowing iteration designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing product designs.

• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.

• Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and sharing knowledge with the team.

• At least 5+ years of professional digital product design experience.

• Proven relevant experience with a large user base product on a global scale.

• Proven experience with lean methodologies that allow for a fast iteration process.

• Endorsing data-driven design approach and being able to prove it with examples.

• You can translate opportunities into functional, usable, and beautiful designs.

• Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.

• You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and can confidently discuss design decisions at all levels.
