Senior Product Manager - Monetization

Netherlands, Noord-Holland, AmsterdamProduct

Job description

Studocu was founded on the principle that equal access to study notes reduces inequality between students. Today, we make it easy for 25 million students to share notes. From day one, the product has shown strong product-market fit on every continent, making us a key player in the exploding EdTech space. We just received a $50 million series B investment so we’re in rapid growth and scale mode.

What you'll be doing:

Our mission is to empower students globally, so we want to ensure the experience of subscribing and paying is equally accessible and affordable. With the Premium subscription, students can access the most relevant study material and receive homework help from domain experts. The Monetization PM will strengthen the value of our Premium offering, promote it strategically, and ensure that students have a smooth payment experience.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead an international product team by setting the department’s OKRs, defining the product strategy, and ensuring good team collaboration, motivation, and efficiency.

  • Conduct user/market/data research and keep yourself up to date on the latest growth and monetization trends.

  • Work closely together with the Engineering Manager on writing product requirements and discussing technical feasibility.

  • Strengthen the value and promotion of our Premium subscription in a data-driven manner.

  • Build the right monetization and pricing strategy, by balancing user value and business value (with the help of insights from Finance, Customer Success, and User Research).

  • Collaborate with external payment companies to ensure that students in 80+ countries can access the Premium subscription smoothly.
