We are looking for a talented addition to our team who is a wizard with PHP and also has ample experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as React. You will work together with the team to develop and maintain a lightning-fast and fully tested website and app. Javascript, PHP, and SQL have no secrets for you and you'll always be on top of the latest tech. You have a good understanding of web basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), allowing you to make changes across our entire stack. Our agile team is still small which will put you right at the core of our development team. We’re based in a bright office in the center of Amsterdam with the canals, restaurants, and cafes right around the corner. • Javascript and PHP expert with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Solid experience with modern Javascript frameworks (i.e. React, Redux, Node.js) and PHP frameworks (i.e. Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)
• Expert understanding of core front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable code
• Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Bonus points if you have experience with Elasticsearch, A/B testing, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, UI design or SEO.
