Job description

StuDocu was founded on the principle that equal access to study notes reduces inequality between students. Today, we make it easy for 17 million students to share notes. The product was a rocket ship from day one, and has shown strong product-market fit on every continent, making us a key player in the exploding EdTech space. We just received a $50 million series B investment so we’re in rapid growth and scale mode, and we need serious talent to help us make it happen.

We are looking for a talented addition to our team who is a wizard with JavaScript and has ample experience with modern JS frameworks. You will be working with our designers and back-end developers to create responsive pages that provide our users with the best possible experience. Your hunger for technology is only matched by your motivation to solve difficult problems fast, efficiently, and with a keen eye for design. Our agile team is still small which will put you right at the core of our development team. Joining us now gives you the opportunity to be one of our team leaders in the future.

Why you'll love it here:

  • You will be helping to build a product that aids many millions of students worldwide to excel in their courses.
  • We are using the latest technologies and updating the older ones whenever possible.
  • Flexible, ambitious, and eager to learn team, bringing your own ideas to the table is more than welcome
  • You will be working closely with PMs and UI/UX designers.
  • Your own workspace including hardware of your choosing.
  • A free healthy lunch and unhealthy snacks every day when in the office.
  • An awesome office in the center of Amsterdam with a huge garden, right next to the canals.

What our process looks like:

  • First, there is a short introductory call with our recruiter to get to know you better.
  • Then, a second call with StuDocu's CTO to touch base and tell you more about the future of our Tech teams and products.
  • If that goes well, you will receive a coding assignment followed by a technical interview with your future team leader as a last step of the recruitment process.

We're looking forward to your application!
