As the newly appointed Field Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for building StuDocu’s on-campus presence in the US by forming an organization to drive localized growth at scale. You will build the process and foundations for our Campus Representatives Program and other critical strategic on-campus initiatives across the US.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Scale our on-campus presence to 100+ Universities across the US.
Hire and mentor Regional Leaders to scale the impact of this initiative.
Hire, train, and direct field teams to ensure on-campus campaigns achieve their intended goals.
Build efficient processes from scratch that scale effectively as the program grows.
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
Set the US On-Campus Strategy and define the team's quarterly goals through the OKRs.

*This role will be remote and based in the US (preference to East Coast Time Zone as collaboration with AMS time zone will be common).
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications, etc.).
3+ years closely related experience focusing on Field Marketing Operations and/or project/program management.
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching employees.
Track record of developing and maintaining operational and process initiatives in support of growth activities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; assimilate information, analyze problems and implement solutions quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to self-serve and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
