We just received a $50 million series B investment so we’re in rapid growth and scale mode, and we need serious talent to help us make it happen.
As part of the Customer Support Team, your main task will be to provide support to the students using our platform. Requests can range from helping students navigate our platform, to payment enquiries, and everything in-between! As the first point of contact, you are solution-focused, understand the student lifestyle and are able to turn an unhappy user into a loyal customer. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of StuDocu through a variety of exciting projects.
What you'll be doing here:
Replying to customer emails and tickets created via other channels.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responding to assigned customer tickets within our Service Level Agreement.
Contributing to FAQs and other ad hoc projects.
Why you are going to love it here:
You speak and write fluently in English.
You speak and write fluently in another European language (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian or German).
You are available to start ASAP (you are an EU citizen or have a valid working permit and live in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam or Utrecht surroundings).
You are a student in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
Based on zero-hour contract. You are able to work 16 - 40 hours per week.
You are able to work independently and as a part of a team.
You are organized, focused and hardworking, and you are not afraid to work under pressure.
You do not get discouraged easily. You are solution-oriented and passionate about helping students.
The salary is EUR 11.60 per hour (an additional of 20% is offered for weekend shifts).
