As part of the Customer Support Team, your main task will be to provide support to the students using our platform. Requests can range from helping students navigate our platform, to payment enquiries, and everything in-between! As the first point of contact, you are solution-focused, understand the student lifestyle, and are able to turn an unhappy user into a loyal customer. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of StuDocu through a variety of exciting projects.
What you'll be doing here:
Replying to customer emails and tickets created via other channels
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Responding to assigned customer tickets within our Service Level Agreement
Contributing to FAQs and other ad hoc projects

*During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still interviewing and hiring, but all conversations will obviously be via video call! For now, StuDocu adopted a flexible remote-first policy, but we still require our 45+ employees to be located in or near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. We encourage our employees to visit the office once every other week to build relationships and socialize while abiding by the safety rules. When it's safe again, you will be able to take full advantage of our bright office in the center of Amsterdam with canals, restaurants, and cafes right around the corner.
You are available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
You are fluent in English and another European language. Additional languages are also a bonus!
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
You are able to work independently and as a part of a team
You are a strong, empathetic, and proactive communicator
You are solution-oriented and passionate about helping students
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
You are available to start ASAP
