A student interacted with documents last week in the Netherlands and some fresh, similar content was uploaded in a similar course? The exam season is coming up in the US? We are kickstarting the platform at a new university in Brazil?

Reporting into the COO, your mission is to take ownership of our CRM setup and push the hundreds of user campaigns we have to the next level, with one objective in mind: offering more clarity and value to our users, hence increasing their engagement and limiting their churn!

What you will be doing:

Pushing our CRM setup to the next level, which entails:

  • Building, testing and iterating on all the Customer.IO campaigns and workflows to increase user engagement (views, uploads, payments) and reduce churn.

  • Uncovering blind spots in the user journeys that would benefit from a better CRM setup.

  • Working closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to support their CRM campaigns.

  • Owning the CRM Marketing calendar to ensure consistency and right frequency in customer experience.

  • Unifying our tone of voice across owned CRM channels.

  • Working closely with Tech teams to evolve the current CRM set-up to serve our future needs.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of increasing engagement or reducing churn by executing successful large scale CRM strategies and tactics.

  • Almost-native proficiency in English - at C2 level (other languages are a big plus).

  • Effective project management - experience delivering multifaceted projects with many stakeholders while being a credible voice towards all areas of the business.

  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement.

  • Ability to drive work fast and take ownership of your scope with little to no guidance in an ambiguous environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, always driven to improve the status quo

  • Embracing the mission of making humanity smarter, faster.

  • Experience with is a big plus

  • Strong copywriting skills are a big plus

  • Creation and editing skills are a plus (e.g. Canva, Figma)
